Lucky Races is currently in active development. The Service may be offered in beta, early access, or testnet stages. During these stages:

• Smart contracts may be upgraded, modified, or redeployed
• Game data, progress, or assets associated with test networks may be reset
• The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or unexpected behavior

We make no guarantees about the availability, stability, or continuity of any features during development stages.

2. Blockchain Transaction Risks

Lucky Races operates on the Ethereum blockchain. All on-chain interactions carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Irreversibility: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified by anyone, including us.
• Gas Fees: Every on-chain interaction requires gas fees paid in ETH. These fees are paid to network validators and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the underlying transaction succeeds or fails.
• Network Congestion: The Ethereum network may experience periods of high congestion, resulting in delayed transactions, increased gas costs, or failed transactions.
• Account & Wallet Security: You are responsible for the security of your account. If you use your own external wallet, you are solely responsible for your private keys and seed phrases. Lost or compromised keys cannot be recovered by us.

3. Smart Contract Risks

The Lucky Races game logic is executed through smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. While we strive to develop secure and reliable smart contracts, you acknowledge that:

• Smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploitable conditions
• Interactions between multiple smart contracts may produce unexpected outcomes
• Smart contract upgrades (via Diamond / EIP-2535 proxy pattern) may change game behavior
• Third-party dependencies (oracles, infrastructure) may fail or behave unexpectedly
• We do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or security of any smart contract

You interact with smart contracts at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses resulting from smart contract interactions.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Specifically:

• Lucky Races is a game, not a financial product, investment platform, or gambling service
• Any tokens, NFTs, or digital assets associated with the game may have no monetary value
• The value of digital assets, including ETH and any game-related tokens, can be highly volatile and may decrease to zero

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY MACHINES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, GAS FEES, SMART CONTRACT EXPLOITS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES RELATED TO BLOCKCHAIN INTERACTIONS.

The regulatory landscape for blockchain technology, digital assets, and on-chain games is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations may impact the Service, restrict your ability to use it, or affect the legal status of digital assets in your jurisdiction.
