- Mainnet finalisation: post-deploy wiring, racer stats batch-set, launch track creation, etherscan verification.
- Game-first copy pass across marketing site, FAQ, and llms.txt.
- Live race ticker on the homepage and embeddable iframe for partner sites.
- MCP server: simulate_race, get_race_replay, submit_turn_choices, schema-first tools.
- Tutorial track and a daily challenge — single deterministic seed of the day.
- Replay → OG image → social share pipeline (one share surface, used four ways).
- PausableFacet, configurable AutoLoop split, refundable funding (already shipped 2026-04-29).
- Storage-layout guard, AppStorage snapshot, Foundry CI with slither + invariants (already shipped).

- Bot SDK polish: lift the strategy interface into its own README with worked examples; community-bots/ folder for PR-able submissions.
- Local highlight reel — auto-pick top 3 events per race, stitch a 10-second clip client-side.
- Race Director ML upgrade: thumbs-rate camera switches in spectate mode, train a tiny client-side model.
- Discord and Twitter/Bluesky bots that mirror live-race events to chat and feed.
- MCP gym leaderboard — anonymous opt-in ranking of agent win rates.
- Track variants: name the existing weather × time × terrain combinations as bundled variants.
- Co-op missions: 2-of-4 must finish top-2 to clear.
